SPRING CITY, TN – Mountain View Raceway has begun to hand out over $100,000 worth of Racer Rewards to its competitors over the 2022 racing season. Last Saturday Night, Racer Rewards were handed out to the Hard Charger in each Weekly Division. The Racers Rewards are booklets with over $4,000 worth of Product Discounts from Contingency Connection.
Tara Garibay of Soddy Daisy, TN was the Front-Wheel-Drive Contingency Connection Racers Rewards Hard Charger. Garibay transferred out of the B-Main Race to the Feature Race. She started 18th in the $1,000-to-win Big Show and finished seventh driving the Garibay Racing Special.
Brian Selby of Sparta, TN started 11th and finished fifth in the 25-lap Late Model Feature Race in the PPM CVR to earn the Contingency Connection Racer Rewards Hard Charger Award. Skylar Delaney of Sparta, TN started eighth in the 20-lap Sportsman Main Event and finished fourth in the Delaney Racing Special to earn the Racer Rewards Hard Charger.
Joe Freels of Coalfield, TN started the 20-lap Open-Wheel Modified Feature Race in the fifth spot and finished second to grab the Racer Rewards Hard Charger honors driving the Coalhill Fabrication Mullynski. Lamar Hughes of Soddy Daisy, TN in the Hughes Farms Chevrolet started fourth and finished second in the 15-lap B-Hobby Main Event to win the Hard Charger Award.
Robert Russell of Philadelphia, TN started sixth and finished fourth in the 15-lap Thunder Feature Race driving the Russell Racing Special to take the Contingency Connection Racer Rewards with the Hard Charger of the Race honors.
This Saturday night, the Contingency Connection Racer Rewards will go to the Hard Luck Award winner in the Late Model, Sportsman, Open-Wheel Modified, 4-Cylinder, Thunder, and Front-Wheel-Drive Divisions at Mountain View Raceway.
Mountain View Raceway is one of 50 Contingency Connection selected race tracks and racing series, and the only track in East Tennessee, which represents many motorsports vendors offering contingency awards to drivers during the 2022 racing season. Mountain View Raceway, through the Contingency Connection Program, will award over $100,000 in Special and Racer Rewards.
