DRIVERS GET CONTINGENCY CONNECTION RACER REWARDS BY RANDOM DRAW


SPRING CITY, TN – Drivers in six Feature Races on Saturday night at Mountain View Raceway were chosen to receive Contingency Connection Racer Rewards by random draw from the Division Feature Race winners on Saturday night as pulled up on the scales. The Racer Rewards books are worth over $4,000 in Motorsports Products and Equipment Product Certificates.


Jon Smith of Soddy Daisy, TN in the Chatt Town Radiator GRT took the Racers Rewards booklet in the Sportsman Division after Feature Race winner Jeremy Shannon of Wartburg, TN drew Smith’s finishing position of 12th in the 20-lap race.


Mathew Hopper of Lancing, TN finished fourth in the 20-lap Open-Wheel Modified Feature Race driving the Charlie Hopper Enterprises Trick Race Car and grabbed the Racer Rewards after race winner Jimmy Dalton of Powell, TN drew Hopper’s finishing position.


Nick Adams of Crossville, TN in the Adams Racing Special was awarded the Contingency Connection Racer Rewards book in the Front-Wheel-Drive A Feature Race after his brother and race winner Nathan Adams of Crossville, TN drew his sibling’s finishing spot of eighth.



The Front-Wheel-Drive B Feature winner Jimmy Wyatt of Kodak, TN drew the second-place number to give Chris Jenkins of Sweetwater, TN in the Jenkins Racing Special the Racer Rewards book.


Also winning Contingency Connection Racers Rewards were Jayden Woods of Spring City, TN in the Woods Racing Special after the winner of the B-Hobby/Thunder 15-lap Feature Race Lamar Hughes of Soddy Daisy, TN drew Woods’ finishing position of seventh, and Dyllis Devaney of Spring City, TN in the Devaney Racing Special took the book in the Junior Front-Wheel-Drive Main Event after race winner Frankie Sharp of Crossville, TN drew the fourth-place finishing position.


Mountain View Raceway is one of 50 Contingency Connection selected race tracks and racing series, and the only track in East Tennessee, which represents many motorsports vendors offering contingency awards to drivers during the 2022 racing season. Mountain View Raceway, through the Contingency Connection Program, will award over $100,000 in Special and Racer Rewards.
