SPRING CITY, TN – Eight drivers earned Contingency Connection Racer Rewards, each worth over $4,000 in Motorsports Product and Equipment Product Certificates, on August 20 at Mountain View Raceway. The winners were chosen by the eight Feature Race winners in a random draw of finishing positions.
The Late Model Feature Race winner Jason Manley drew the second-place finisher and Zach Shannon of Wartburg, TN in the Shannon & Sons Trucking Rocket was the Racer Rewards winner. The winner of the Sportsman Main Event winner Brandon Stanfield drew the third spot, and the Racer Reward went to Jeremy Shannon of Wartburg, TN in the Shannon Racing Special.
Brady Lee won the B-Hobby Feature Race and drew the fourth-place finisher, as Jerry Spence of Spring City, TN in the Spence Racing Special won the Racer Rewards. Casey Cash took the win in the Thunder Main Event, and he drew the sixth spot giving Zaniel Rogge of Spring City, TN driving the Rogge Racing Monte Carlo the Racer Rewards.
The Front-Wheel-Drive Main Event was on by Nathan Adams, who drew the ninth finishing position for Craig Hoffman of Dayton, TN in the B.J.’s Tire and Automotive Pontiac to pick up the Racer Rewards. Allen Daniels of Decatur, TN finished 11th in the Front-Wheel-Drive B Feature Race driving the Daniels Racing Honda and his finishing position for the Racer Rewards was drawn by race winner Brandon Porstner.
The Junior Front-Wheel-Drive winner Frankie Sharp drew the fifth spot to give Mason Spence of Spring City, TN driving the Spence Racing Special the Racer Rewards. Developmental Sportsman Feature Race winner Zane Littleton drew the third spot that gave Charlie Fisher of Spring City, TN in the Charlie’s Used Auto Parts GRT the Racer Rewards.
Mountain View Raceway is one of 50 Contingency Connection selected race tracks and racing series, and the only track in East Tennessee, which represents many motorsports vendors offering contingency awards to drivers during the 2022 racing season. Mountain View Raceway, through the Contingency Connection Program, will award over $100,000 in Special and Racer Rewards.
