RULE BOOK DISCLAIMER

The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator or official.

The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinion does not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS.  Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final.

SAFETY

​

ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED. THIS INCLUDES RACING GLOVES, FIRE SUIT, AND RACING SHOES. NO HEY DUDES! Must have a racing helmet that is DOT Approved with face shield. No motorcycle helmets. All helmets must be approved by tech prior to racing. 4 OR 5 POINT Harnesses must be up to date AND ARE REQUIRED! Transponders are required for EVERY racer.

Age 15 and under, unless you're a new driver and never sat in a race car before. No older than 16 will you be able to move up or after 5 wins.

  1. Factory racing aluminum seat mandatory. No plastic or fiberglass seats

  2. Window net recommended but not required. 

  3. Battery must be secured in a battery box

  4. Fire extinguisher or fire system mandatory. Must be within reach

  5. Fuel cell recommended but not required

  6. Car must have manual kill switch accessible to the driver.

  • Stock engine for make and model, NO EXCEPTIONS. Engine top end must match bottom end. 

    • EX: NO! 2.4 bottom end with 2.2 heads claiming to be 2.2; unless it comes factory to that car. ​

    • No Engine swap between different makes! Example: Honda>Honda, Chevy>Chevy, NO Chevy>Honda

    • Manual for your make and model of your car post-race inspection is mandatory. 

  • Stock manual or automatic transmission, can be locked

  • Turned Engine Computer or KCU, add 25 Pounds

  • Cold air intake allowed

  • Stock camshaft

  • One pound per C.C. Min 1800 lbs. 

  • Headers and Tuned computer is allowed

  • OEM replacement parts only

  • Stock or OEM replacement suspension only. Suspension must match the car claimed. 

  • Visual protest $75. Must specify area of interest. Track retains $50 

  • Only top three (3) can protest. 3rd can protest 2nd and 2nd can protest 1st. The car that has been protested can counter protest. If  both parties refuse protest, they forfeit points, spot, and money if applicable 

  • Must make protest claim no more than 5 minutes after checkered flag, with money in hand. Only parents of the drivers are allowed to make a protest claim. 

  • Track can protest at any time. 25% of all protests go to the track. AFTER 3 wins in a row, tech may do a PGE and visual inspection on winning car. 

  • Computer buy rule $200. The computer must fit in your car, cannot buy out of spite. 

  • Engine tear down. (intake to oil pan until deemed legal or illegal) Must say what your protest is for. $750. Track retains $200

    • $350 to pull head and check cam

  • Car exterior must be stock to make and model. No glass, molding, or trim. 

  • Must run after market or aluminum wheels on all 4 corners. Bead lock tires are recommended but not required. 8" max wheel. DOT approved tires, no racing tires or donut wheels and tires. 

  • Front and rear pickup loops mandatory on car in case of needed pull off the track.
